IS ACUPUNCTURE SAFE?
Yes, when performed by a trained and licensed practitioner.

ARE THERE ANY SIDE AFFECTS?
Occasionally there might be some minor bruising but other than that there are no significant side affects.

DOES ACUPUNCTURE HURT?
Acupuncture is not painful. We use ultra-thin needles though some patients have compared it to feeling like a mosquito bite.
ABOUT MURRAY
K. Murray Decio L.Ac, Owner-Practitioner
Murray is licensed by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice and has been in practice since April 2013. She received her Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College in Santa Fe, NM. She is a nationally certified acupuncturist by NCCAOM and a member of the Minnesota Acupuncture Association.
As a licensed Acupuncturist and board certified herbalist, her training includes Traditional Chinese Medicine, Japanese Meridian Therapy, Five Elements, DNA (Distal Needling Acupuncture), Neuropuncture, Battlefield Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Eastern Nutrition, detoxification methods and Tui Na.
Murray is also certified in Dao Needling Therapy. She is currently studying Radionics, Subtle Energy Healing and Homeopathy.
In her free time, Murray enjoys playing music, attending concerts, reading, writing, cooking, cycling, house projects, and spending time with friends.
