WHAT IS ELECTRO- ACUPUNCTURE?

The goals of electro-acupuncture are the same as those for regular acupuncture: to stimulate the flow of qi through out the body. Electro-acupuncture differs from regular acupuncture in that the stimulation you get from the treatment is constant and can be modulated with the flow of electricity.

The intensity of the stimulation can be much greater and for far longer periods of time than regular acupuncture. This is ideal for people with significant muscle tension or tissue damage.
